Twin Harbors
property owners must request approval for building
on Twin Harbors property.
No structure shall be erected, placed or altered
on any building tract in this subdivision until
the plans, specifications and plot plan layout has
been approved in writing by the Architectural Committee.

Committee Guidelines which are adhered to strictly.
To begin the process for obtaining building
approval right now, please complete the following

Your request will be sent to the THPOA office.
There will be more forms required, but this can
help get the process started. You should then
receive a confirmation that your information has
been received. If you do not receive a confirmation,
please contact the manager and give her the information.
After your request has been processed, you will
be contacted by a Twin Harbors representative.
If your request is approved, it will need to be
presented to the City of Onalaska with your request
for any City of Onalaska Building Permits the
city requires. The City of Onalaska will not approve
building permits for Twin Harbors without the
approved Twin Harbors permit.
