2) You will want to click once on "File" then click on "Switch Identity" Another window will appear that looks like this:
3) Now you need to set up your mail account. First Click on "New..." Then another window will appear that looks like this:
4) Now you will need to type in your Livingston.net mail account name. Then click on "OK." A new window will appear.
5) Be sure to check the box that says "I already have an Internet E-Mail account..." Then click on the right arrow to continue. This window will appear:
6) Enter you name in the text box. This will be the name shown to people when you send them an E-Mail. Click the right arrow to continue to the next prompt.
7) Now you need to enter your e-mail address that was specified by Livingston.net. (Example - johnsmith@Livingston.net) Then click the right arrow. A New window will appear. If you do not know this information please call Livingston.net at (760)-728-7920 or (888) 652-8250
8) Set your mail server settings EXACTLY AS SHOWN ABOVE. This information is case sensitive. When you have double checked, click the right arrow key. A new window will appear.
9) Enter your account name. (For example: if your email is johnsmith@tfb.com, you need to enter 'johnsmith' excluding the quotes). Also enter your password that you specified to Livingston.net. NOTE* These fields are also CASE SENSITIVE. Enter them exactly as given. Click the right arrow to continue.
10) Type in the Account name you wish to be displayed in Outlook. Note* This is for display purposes only. You are almost done! Click "Finish." Then Click "Inbox." to check for new mail.
