Telcom Supply is the only authorized Vertical dealer in Livingston Texas. Telcom Supply personnel have been trained at authorized Vertical schools in the installation and programming of all Vertical equipment. All Telcom Supply Vertical equipment comes with a 5-year warranty. If for any reason system needs servicing, Telcom Supply can provide you with a loaner for your system and/or any parts needed to keep you working while replacement and/or repair is taking place. Telcom Supply also provides a 1-year limited labor warranty on all new Vertical Phone Systems installations. After 1 year, or for any work not covered by the 1-year limited labor warranty, Telcom Supply will be happy to help you with maintaining your system and any changes to that system for a small service call fee. For the first 30 days of your new Vertical Phone System installation, Telcom Supply will be happy to help you with minor configurations changes of the phone systems programming to best suit your business. All of the above services come with no binding contracts or additional cost to you our customer.
