Calling All Quilters If you put down your needles over the holidays, it’s time to get quilting. We’ll start meeting again on the first Thursday in January, the 7 th, at 10:00 a.m. If you’re working on something, bring it along. If you finished some project, bring it for show and tell. I’m going to do a demonstration class for you all on how to use stripes for wonderful pieced blocks, for borders and for binding. We’ll also take time to discuss if we want to have a class project for the winter/spring and what we might like to do. I can’t wait to see you all and start quilting again.Marcia

Good Friday Worship 2 April
This solemn day we remember Jesus’ death on the cross. Our service begins at 5:05 p.m. in the sanctuary. Readings of the last events of Jesus’ life and hymns and other special music will help us think on Jesus’ suffering for us. Candles will be extinguished after each of the reading, symbolic of the darkness of the day Christ died. There will not be a meal after this service.
