Boundary Line Maintenance is just that, the refreshing of paint, hacks, and markers on previously established boundary lines. Recently, under the Purple Paint Law in Texas, we have begun to mark boundaries to comply with the Law. While Staples Forestry does not survey, we have Registered Surveyor Associates that can assist on your property. Again, surveying is highly dependent on location, and while we prefer working with our Associates, in other locations we will use local surveyors.
If you are unfamiliar with the Purple Paint Law it is a step forward in maintaining control of your property. The presence of purple paint on your lines is prima fascia evidence that some one has trespassed That is, the paint is all that is necessary to notify individuals that they are about to trespass, with prosecution easier from the assumption that the trespasser had been warned.
Cost of these operations are on a contractual or per hour basis.
