| Dr. Lott, Sr. is the Founder and Pastor of Charity Tabernacle, U.P.C. of Livingston, Texas. This is a young and vivacious work that was started in 1988 and has grown to a sound and solid assembly with a vision for future growth in the Lake Livingston area. |
